Build all new buildings to meet latest international energy efficiency standards (e.g. IECC, ASHRAE, ILFI) (by end of 2026)

Water

Reduce use of municipal water by at least 25% (by end of 2026)

Reduce potable water for irrigation by at least 25% (by end of 2026)

Food Service

Eliminate all single-use plastic in food service, horticulture, gift shop, and all other facilities and operations (by end of 2026)

Additional Information

Our complete Parkwide redevelopment is working towards being ILFI Living Community Challenge Accredited. We aim to be the first Native Animal Sanctuary/Park in the world to achieve this accreditation.
