Amherst's Hitchcock Center<\/a> har l\u00e4nge insett vikten av milj\u00f6utbildning. P\u00e5 1960-talet k\u00f6pte Ethel Dubois en g\u00e5rd i Leverett f\u00f6r att skapa ett sommarl\u00e4ger och en naturutbildningsanl\u00e4ggning f\u00f6r barn med l\u00e5g inkomst. I takt med att intresset v\u00e4xte flyttade programmet till Larch Hill Conservation Area p\u00e5 1970-talet, vilket gjorde att man kunde n\u00e5 ut till fler i samh\u00e4llet. Programmet lanserades 2025 och samlar ungdomar i \u00e5ldern 10-18 \u00e5r f\u00f6r att dela med sig av sina ber\u00e4ttelser och erfarenheter av klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna, vilket ger dem en plattform f\u00f6r att uttrycka oro och inspirera till handling. Utbildningsprogram f\u00f6r alla <\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ut\u00f6ver ungdomsinitiativen erbjuder Hitchcock Center en rad olika program f\u00f6r att engagera bes\u00f6kare i att bygga upp en h\u00e5llbar, naturv\u00e4nlig livsstil.
