Programas como estes podem ter um efeito convincente em toda uma<br>e ajudar a demonstrar a todos os empregados que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o valoriza as escolhas favor\u00e1veis ao clima.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os funcion\u00e1rios da Phipps s\u00e3o encorajados a considerar meios de transporte alternativos (quando poss\u00edvel) como um esfor\u00e7o para apoiar a nossa miss\u00e3o de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica, bem como para libertar espa\u00e7o nas nossas \u00e1reas de estacionamento. Se partilharem o carro com outros funcion\u00e1rios da Phipps, tanto o condutor como os passageiros s\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis para o incentivo. Se o carpooling for feito com pessoas que trabalham noutro local, o pessoal s\u00f3 \u00e9 eleg\u00edvel se for passageiro no carpooling e n\u00e3o estacionar o seu ve\u00edculo em Phipps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada servi\u00e7o disp\u00f5e de uma tabela de transportes que o pessoal deve preencher todos os dias em que solicita incentivos, a qual \u00e9 contabilizada no final de cada m\u00eas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O incentivo, relativo ao m\u00eas anterior, ser\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo num dos dois primeiros sal\u00e1rios do m\u00eas seguinte, consoante a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos sal\u00e1rios nesse m\u00eas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O pessoal deve estar empregado no momento em que o incentivo \u00e9 processado para o poder receber.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passes de autocarro da Autoridade Portu\u00e1ria<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized advgb-dyn-1f62160b\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1732\" style=\"width:288px;height:207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg 235w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-100x71.jpg 100w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-150x107.jpg 150w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-200x143.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Os passes mensais de autocarro podem ser adquiridos antes do pagamento de impostos atrav\u00e9s de dedu\u00e7\u00f5es na folha de pagamentos, permitindo que os funcion\u00e1rios poupem dinheiro no seu bilhete de autocarro. Os pedidos de passes de autocarro t\u00eam de ser recebidos at\u00e9 ao dia 15 do m\u00eas para poderem ser recebidos para o m\u00eas seguinte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lugares de estacionamento dedicados a ve\u00edculos eficientes em termos de combust\u00edvel, compactos e de partilha de autom\u00f3vel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os ve\u00edculos eficientes em termos de consumo de combust\u00edvel s\u00e3o definidos como ve\u00edculos que obtiveram uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica m\u00ednima de 40 na escala <strong>Conselho Americano para uma Economia de Energia Eficiente (ACEEE)<\/strong> guia anual de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos. A Phipps tem <strong>cinco espa\u00e7os de carregamento dispon\u00edveis e dedicados ao pessoal que conduz ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/strong>. Dez lugares adicionais s\u00e3o dedicados \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de baixo consumo de combust\u00edvel. Os lugares de estacionamento eficientes em termos de combust\u00edvel est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis por ordem de chegada e requerem uma etiqueta de estacionamento especial. Sabemos que isto n\u00e3o abrange todos os carros eficientes em termos de combust\u00edvel no campus, mas \u00e9 um come\u00e7o!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os autom\u00f3veis que s\u00e3o <strong>eficiente em termos de combust\u00edvel e compacto<\/strong> (menos de 6' de largura e 14' de comprimento), o estacionamento tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 limitado<br>dispon\u00edveis junto \u00e0 lagoa no Phipps' Center for Sustainable Landscapes. Este deve ser um carro usado para conduzir at\u00e9 Phipps e est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel uma vez por empregado. O programa financia 10% do pre\u00e7o de compra at\u00e9 $1.000 para funcion\u00e1rios a tempo inteiro empregados h\u00e1 pelo menos um ano, e 10% at\u00e9 $500 para funcion\u00e1rios a tempo parcial empregados h\u00e1 pelo menos tr\u00eas anos e com uma m\u00e9dia de mais de 20 horas por semana. O pagamento ser\u00e1 efectuado na forma de $1\/dia por cada dia em que o autom\u00f3vel for utilizado para ir e vir do Phipps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incentivo \u00e0 energia verde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualquer membro do pessoal que mude para a energia verde como fornecedor de eletricidade em sua casa pode receber um<br>$50 de incentivo por ano. Por cada ano em que um empregado mant\u00e9m energia verde ininterrupta na sua<br>receber\u00e3o um incentivo adicional de $50 no seu anivers\u00e1rio de um ano. Os empregados que<br>j\u00e1 disp\u00f5em de energia verde podem participar no programa anual de incentivos.
