Programmi come questi possono avere un effetto irresistibile su un'intera regione.<br>e contribuire a dimostrare a tutti i dipendenti che un'istituzione apprezza le scelte rispettose del clima.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dipendenti di Phipps sono incoraggiati a prendere in considerazione mezzi di trasporto alternativi (quando possibile) per sostenere la nostra missione di efficienza energetica e per liberare spazio nei nostri parcheggi. Se il carpooling avviene con altri dipendenti Phipps, sia il conducente che i passeggeri possono beneficiare dell'incentivo. In caso di carpooling con persone che lavorano altrove, il personale ha diritto all'incentivo solo se \u00e8 un passeggero del carpooling e non parcheggia il proprio veicolo a Phipps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ogni reparto dispone di una tabella di trasporto che il personale deve compilare per ogni giorno di richiesta di incentivo e che viene conteggiata alla fine di ogni mese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'incentivo, per il mese precedente, sar\u00e0 incluso in una delle prime due buste paga del mese successivo, a seconda di come si svolge la busta paga in quel mese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per ricevere l'incentivo \u00e8 necessario che il personale sia in servizio al momento dell'elaborazione dell'incentivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pass per l'autobus dell'Autorit\u00e0 Portuale<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized advgb-dyn-1f62160b\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1732\" style=\"width:288px;height:207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg 235w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-100x71.jpg 100w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-150x107.jpg 150w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-200x143.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Gli abbonamenti mensili per l'autobus possono essere acquistati al lordo delle imposte attraverso le detrazioni in busta paga, consentendo ai dipendenti di risparmiare sul biglietto dell'autobus. Le richieste di abbonamento devono pervenire entro il 15 del mese per poter essere ricevute per il mese successivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parcheggi dedicati per veicoli a basso consumo, compatti e carpooling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per veicoli efficienti dal punto di vista del consumo di carburante si intendono i veicoli che hanno ottenuto un punteggio verde minimo di 40 nel test di valutazione del consumo di carburante. <strong>Consiglio americano per un'economia efficiente dal punto di vista energetico (ACEEE)<\/strong> guida annuale di valutazione dei veicoli. Phipps ha <strong>cinque spazi di ricarica disponibili e dedicati al personale che guida veicoli elettrici<\/strong>. Altri dieci posti sono dedicati all'uso di veicoli a basso consumo di carburante. I posti auto a basso consumo sono disponibili in base all'ordine di arrivo e richiedono un contrassegno speciale. Ci rendiamo conto che questo non coprir\u00e0 tutte le auto a basso consumo del campus, ma \u00e8 un inizio!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per le auto che sono <strong>efficiente nei consumi e compatto<\/strong> (meno di 6' di larghezza e 14' di lunghezza), \u00e8 previsto anche un parcheggio limitato.<br>disponibili accanto alla laguna presso il Phipps' Center for Sustainable Landscapes. Il programma deve riguardare un'autovettura utilizzata per recarsi a Phipps ed \u00e8 disponibile una sola volta per dipendente. Il programma finanzia 10% del prezzo di acquisto fino a $1.000 per i dipendenti a tempo pieno impiegati da almeno un anno e 10% fino a $500 per i dipendenti a tempo parziale impiegati da almeno tre anni con una media di oltre 20 ore settimanali. Il pagamento sar\u00e0 offerto come $1\/giorno per ogni giorno di utilizzo dell'auto per andare e tornare da Phipps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incentivo per l'energia verde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutti i dipendenti che passano all'energia verde come fornitore di energia elettrica a casa propria possono ricevere un premio per l'acquisto di energia elettrica.<br>$50 incentivo all'anno. Per ogni anno in cui un dipendente mantiene un'alimentazione verde ininterrotta presso il proprio ufficio.<br>riceveranno un ulteriore incentivo $50 per il loro anniversario di un anno. I dipendenti che<br>I clienti che gi\u00e0 dispongono di energia verde possono partecipare al programma annuale di incentivi.
