It wasn\u2019t long ago that many of us in the world of cultural institutions felt that if our mission didn\u2019t explicitly state that we should be concerned with the environment and climate change, we were off the hook \u2014 to attend to these concerns was a form of \u201cmission creep,\u201d and environmental initiatives were best led by environmental causes. But times have changed, and they have changed rapidly: science tells us that climate change is real, advancing at an alarming rate and that it will affect everyone and everything on the planet. Today, the trust that we have established in the communities we serve and our decades of commitment to the exploration of science, history, art, and nature compel us to not only address these issues but to emerge as the leaders of change in our regions and beyond. Each and every one of us must do all we can as quickly as we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La causa principale del cambiamento climatico \u00e8 lo stile di vita che conduciamo e il modo in cui pensiamo al nostro rapporto con il mondo. Il Toolkit \u00e8 stato creato per affrontare i problemi legati allo stile di vita e per incoraggiarci a vedere il mondo da un punto di vista rigenerativo. Un vantaggio fondamentale del Toolkit \u00e8 il modo in cui \u00e8 stato concepito per consentire alle organizzazioni di condividere ci\u00f2 che stanno facendo, facilitare il tutoraggio e fungere da opportunit\u00e0 per imparare nuovi modi di affrontare il cambiamento climatico da altri nel nostro campo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
