Le parc accueille \u00e9galement divers programmes et expositions d'art climatique, dont beaucoup sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s avec des mat\u00e9riaux durables et se concentrent sur des actions respectueuses du climat. Emily Dickinson, Senior Sustainability Manager au Madison Square Park Conservancy, a expliqu\u00e9 le processus de la campagne de sensibilisation \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 locale : \"Nous commen\u00e7ons par distribuer un dossier de marketing qui pr\u00e9sente les avantages que les restaurants peuvent tirer de leur participation. Nous invitons les propri\u00e9taires ou les g\u00e9rants de restaurants \u00e0 nous rencontrer individuellement pour en savoir plus et souligner l'impact que l'adh\u00e9sion pourrait avoir sur la communaut\u00e9, et nous avons organis\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances d'information.\" Emily explique que les restaurateurs rencontrent ensuite le GRA pour examiner les normes de certification et entamer le processus de certification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quels sont exactement les avantages de la certification pour le restaurant lui-m\u00eame ? Pour n'en citer que quelques-uns : r\u00e9duction de l'empreinte carbone, diminution des d\u00e9chets, de la consommation d'eau et d'\u00e9nergie, r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s, inclusion dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et le mat\u00e9riel communautaires pour mettre en valeur leurs efforts, et augmentation de la client\u00e8le soucieuse de l'environnement. La relation entre le MSPC et les restaurants se poursuit au-del\u00e0 du processus de certification, car le MSPC et Flatiron NoMad organisent tous deux des programmes et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements au service de leur communaut\u00e9. Emily souligne que tous les restaurants sont les bienvenus dans le programme : \"N'importe quel restaurant, du camion \u00e0 tacos v\u00e9g\u00e9talien au steakhouse, peut pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 la certification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obtenir la certification verte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">L'obtention de la certification verte s'accompagne de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/certification-standards\">normes de certification<\/a> Les crit\u00e8res d'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 d\u00e9finis par la GRA se r\u00e9partissent en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories, \u00e0 savoir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/energy-standard\">l'\u00e9nergie<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/water-standard\">l'eau<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/waste-standard\">d\u00e9chets<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/disposables-standard\"> produits r\u00e9utilisables et jetables<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/chemicals-standard\">produits chimiques et pollution<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/food-standard\">nourriture<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/green-building-standard\">construction et ameublement<\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/education-standard\">\u00e9ducation et transparence<\/a>. . Il existe 4 niveaux de certification, d\u00e9finis par un syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9valuation d'une \u00e0 quatre \u00e9toiles bas\u00e9 sur l'accumulation de points pour des actions sp\u00e9cifiques. Le tableau de cette r\u00e9partition est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ci-dessous. L'intention des normes GRA est de servir de mesure transparente pour les r\u00e9alisations personnelles de chaque restaurant tout en mesurant les mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires qu'ils peuvent prendre pour am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques durables. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 1 (pour des attributs tels que les contre-fen\u00eatres, les ventilateurs de plafond et les fours \u00e0 infrarouge) \u00e0 380 (pour la production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable sur site\/solaire, \u00e9olienne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/water-standard\"><strong>Norme sur l'eau<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : recyclage, r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets, d\u00e9tournement des d\u00e9chets alimentaires, r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets alimentaires, et \u00e9ducation et formation. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 1 (pour des attributs tels que les urinoirs \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9, les toilettes \u00e0 double chasse et les jardins de pluie) \u00e0 17,5 (pour les woks sans eau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/waste-standard\"><strong>Norme sur les d\u00e9chets<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : am\u00e9nagement paysager, cuisine, toilettes et autres. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 0,5 (pour des attributs tels que les imprimantes recto-verso, le don de meubles et les emballages en vrac) \u00e0 20 (pour les d\u00e9chets alimentaires r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s comme nourriture pour les animaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/disposables-standard\"><strong>Produits r\u00e9utilisables et jetables Standard<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : limitation des d\u00e9chets jetables, produits r\u00e9utilisables, produits jetables en papier et substituts r\u00e9utilisables, produits jetables suppl\u00e9mentaires et substituts r\u00e9utilisables, et produits jetables compostables dans un flux de d\u00e9chets en circuit ferm\u00e9. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 0,25 (pour des attributs tels que les cartouches d'encre recharg\u00e9es ou recycl\u00e9es, les articles jetables fabriqu\u00e9s avec un contenu recycl\u00e9 total de 100%, et les articles jetables qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 une exigence de blanchiment obtiennent les GreenPoints\u2122 du niveau \u00e9ligible le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9) \u00e0 100 (pour les articles r\u00e9utilisables 100% de la restauration rapide pour les articles de vente au comptoir).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/chemicals-standard\"><strong>Normes en mati\u00e8re de produits chimiques et de pollution<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : choix du site, gestion des eaux pluviales, pollution lumineuse, r\u00e9duction des transports et du p\u00e9trole, r\u00e9duction des produits chimiques, lutte contre les parasites et produits chimiques. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 0,5 (pour des attributs tels que des b\u00e2timents situ\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00bc mile de la ligne de bus, disposant de douches sur place et d'une station de scooter situ\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00bc mile) \u00e0 25 (pour le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de friches industrielles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/food-standard\"><strong>Norme alimentaire<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : menus v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens et v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, produits alimentaires locaux, produits de la mer durables, aliments et boissons durables. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 1 (pour des attributs tels que les plantes vertes cultiv\u00e9es sur place, les aliments locaux provenant de moins de 300 miles et les aliments biologiques certifi\u00e9s par l'USDA) \u00e0 100 (pour le pourcentage d'entr\u00e9es et d'aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/green-building-standard\"><strong>Norme de construction et d'ameublement<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en cat\u00e9gories : ameublement, tissus et marchandises, rev\u00eatements et adh\u00e9sifs, mat\u00e9riaux de construction int\u00e9rieurs et \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction. Les points obtenus dans le cadre de cette norme vont de 1 (pour un attribut tel que jusqu'\u00e0 50% de peintures et rev\u00eatements recycl\u00e9s) \u00e0 8 (pour des meubles, v\u00eatements du personnel et marchandises r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s ou r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinegreen.com\/education-standard\"><strong>Norme d'\u00e9ducation et de transparence<\/strong><\/a> est divis\u00e9e en deux cat\u00e9gories : l'\u00e9ducation et la transparence.
