De tels programmes peuvent avoir un effet d\u00e9terminant sur l'ensemble d'une r\u00e9gion.<br>et contribuent \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s que l'institution valorise les choix respectueux de l'environnement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s de Phipps sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 envisager d'autres moyens de transport (dans la mesure du possible) afin de soutenir notre mission d'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de lib\u00e9rer de l'espace dans nos parkings. Si le covoiturage se fait avec d'autres membres du personnel de Phipps, le conducteur et les passagers peuvent tous deux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l'incitation. Si le covoiturage se fait avec des personnes qui travaillent ailleurs, le personnel n'est \u00e9ligible que s'il est passager du covoiturage et ne gare pas son v\u00e9hicule chez Phipps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque service dispose d'un tableau de transport que le personnel doit remplir chaque jour o\u00f9 il demande une incitation et qui est comptabilis\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de chaque mois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La prime, pour le mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, sera incluse dans l'un des deux premiers ch\u00e8ques de paie du mois suivant, en fonction de la r\u00e9partition de la paie ce mois-l\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le personnel doit \u00eatre employ\u00e9 au moment o\u00f9 la prime est trait\u00e9e pour pouvoir en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cartes d'autobus des autorit\u00e9s portuaires<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized advgb-dyn-1f62160b\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1732\" style=\"width:288px;height:207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg 235w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-100x71.jpg 100w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-150x107.jpg 150w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-200x143.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Les abonnements de bus mensuels peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9s sur une base pr\u00e9-imp\u00f4t par le biais de retenues salariales, ce qui permet aux employ\u00e9s d'\u00e9conomiser de l'argent sur leur billet de bus. Les demandes de cartes de bus doivent \u00eatre re\u00e7ues au plus tard le 15 du mois afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la carte pour le mois suivant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Places de stationnement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9conomes en carburant, aux v\u00e9hicules compacts et aux v\u00e9hicules de covoiturage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9conomes en carburant sont d\u00e9finis comme des v\u00e9hicules ayant obtenu un score vert minimum de 40 sur l'\u00e9chelle de mesure de l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. <strong>Conseil am\u00e9ricain pour une \u00e9conomie \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie (ACEEE)<\/strong> guide annuel d'\u00e9valuation des v\u00e9hicules. Phipps a <strong>cinq places de recharge disponibles et r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux membres du personnel qui conduisent des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong>. Dix places suppl\u00e9mentaires sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9conomes en carburant. Les places de stationnement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9conomes en carburant sont disponibles selon le principe du premier arriv\u00e9, premier servi et n\u00e9cessitent un macaron de stationnement sp\u00e9cial. Il doit s'agir d'une voiture utilis\u00e9e pour se rendre \u00e0 Phipps et il n'est possible d'en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier qu'une seule fois par employ\u00e9. Le programme finance 10% du prix d'achat jusqu'\u00e0 $1 000 pour les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein employ\u00e9s depuis au moins un an, et 10% jusqu'\u00e0 $500 pour les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel employ\u00e9s depuis au moins trois ans et travaillant en moyenne plus de 20 heures par semaine.
