En 2019, 10% des \u00e9missions totales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre provenaient des activit\u00e9s agricoles. Les engrais et pesticides synth\u00e9tiques, la gestion du b\u00e9tail, la fermentation ent\u00e9rique (processus digestif du b\u00e9tail), la gestion du fumier et d'autres pratiques agricoles augmentent les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Proposer des repas \u00e0 base de plantes permet \u00e0 vos convives de go\u00fbter \u00e0 de nouveaux aliments et peut les encourager \u00e0 adopter un mode de vie qui r\u00e9duit le m\u00e9thane et d'autres gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.
