Programas como \u00e9stos pueden tener un efecto convincente en todo un pa\u00eds.<br>y ayudar a demostrar a todos los empleados que una instituci\u00f3n valora las opciones respetuosas con el clima.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se anima a los empleados de Phipps a considerar medios de transporte alternativos (cuando puedan) como un esfuerzo para apoyar nuestra misi\u00f3n de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, as\u00ed como para liberar espacio en nuestras zonas de aparcamiento. Si se comparte el viaje con otros miembros del personal de Phipps, tanto el conductor como los pasajeros pueden optar al incentivo. Si se comparte el viaje con personas que trabajan en otro lugar, el personal s\u00f3lo puede optar al incentivo si es un pasajero del viaje compartido y no aparca su veh\u00edculo en Phipps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada departamento dispone de una tabla de transporte que el personal debe rellenar cada d\u00eda que solicita incentivos y que se contabiliza al final de cada mes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El incentivo, correspondiente al mes anterior, se incluir\u00e1 en una de las dos primeras n\u00f3minas del mes siguiente, en funci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo caiga la n\u00f3mina ese mes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El personal debe estar empleado en el momento de tramitar el incentivo para poder recibirlo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pases de autob\u00fas de la Autoridad Portuaria<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized advgb-dyn-1f62160b\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1732\" style=\"width:288px;height:207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg 235w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-100x71.jpg 100w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-150x107.jpg 150w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-200x143.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Los abonos mensuales de autob\u00fas pueden adquirirse antes de impuestos mediante deducciones en la n\u00f3mina, lo que permite a los empleados ahorrar dinero en su billete de autob\u00fas. Las solicitudes de pases de autob\u00fas deben recibirse antes del d\u00eda 15 del mes para poder recibirlos para el mes siguiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plazas de aparcamiento exclusivas para veh\u00edculos de bajo consumo, compactos y de uso compartido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los veh\u00edculos eficientes en cuanto a consumo de combustible son aquellos que han obtenido una puntuaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica m\u00ednima de 40 en la prueba <strong>Consejo Americano para una Econom\u00eda Energ\u00e9ticamente Eficiente (ACEEE)<\/strong> gu\u00eda anual de clasificaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos. Phipps ha <strong>cinco espacios de recarga disponibles y dedicados para el personal que conduce veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/strong>. Otras diez plazas est\u00e1n reservadas para veh\u00edculos de bajo consumo. Las plazas de aparcamiento para veh\u00edculos de bajo consumo est\u00e1n disponibles por orden de llegada y requieren una etiqueta especial. Somos conscientes de que esto no cubrir\u00e1 todos los veh\u00edculos de bajo consumo del campus, pero es un comienzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los coches que <strong>eficiente en consumo de combustible y compacta<\/strong> (menos de 6' de ancho y 14' de largo), el aparcamiento limitado es tambi\u00e9n<br>disponibles junto a la laguna en el Centro de Paisajes Sostenibles de Phipps. Debe tratarse de un coche que se utilice para ir a Phipps y est\u00e1 disponible una vez por empleado. El programa financia 10% del precio de compra hasta $1.000 para empleados a tiempo completo contratados durante al menos un a\u00f1o, y 10% hasta $500 para empleados a tiempo parcial contratados durante al menos tres a\u00f1os y con una media de m\u00e1s de 20 horas semanales. El pago se ofrecer\u00e1 como $1\/d\u00eda por cada d\u00eda que se utilice el coche para ir y volver de Phipps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incentivo a la energ\u00eda verde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cualquier empleado que cambie a la energ\u00eda verde como proveedor de electricidad en su casa puede recibir un<br>Incentivo de $50 al a\u00f1o. Por cada a\u00f1o que un empleado mantenga energ\u00eda verde ininterrumpida en su<br>casa recibir\u00e1n un incentivo adicional $50 en su primer aniversario. Los empleados que<br>ya disponen de energ\u00eda verde pueden participar en el programa anual de incentivos.
