Programme wie diese k\u00f6nnen eine \u00fcberzeugende Wirkung auf ein ganzes Land haben.<br>und tragen dazu bei, allen Mitarbeitern zu zeigen, dass eine Institution Wert auf klimafreundliche Entscheidungen legt.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mitarbeiter von Phipps werden ermutigt, alternative Transportmittel in Betracht zu ziehen (wenn sie dazu in der Lage sind), um unsere Mission der Energieeffizienz zu unterst\u00fctzen und um Platz auf unseren Parkpl\u00e4tzen zu schaffen. Bei Fahrgemeinschaften mit anderen Phipps-Mitarbeitern haben sowohl der Fahrer als auch die Mitfahrer Anspruch auf die Pr\u00e4mie. Bei Fahrgemeinschaften mit Personen, die anderswo arbeiten, sind die Mitarbeiter nur dann anspruchsberechtigt, wenn sie Mitfahrer in der Fahrgemeinschaft sind und ihr Fahrzeug nicht bei Phipps parken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jede Abteilung verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Transporttabelle, die die Mitarbeiter f\u00fcr jeden Tag ausf\u00fcllen m\u00fcssen, an dem sie eine Pr\u00e4mie beantragen, und die am Ende des Monats ausgewertet wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr den vorangegangenen Monat wird in einen der ersten beiden Gehaltsschecks des Folgemonats aufgenommen, je nachdem, wie die Gehaltsabrechnung in diesem Monat ausf\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um die Pr\u00e4mie zu erhalten, muss das Personal zum Zeitpunkt der Bearbeitung der Pr\u00e4mie besch\u00e4ftigt sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Port Authority Bus P\u00e4sse<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized advgb-dyn-1f62160b\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1732\" style=\"width:288px;height:207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses.jpg 235w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-100x71.jpg 100w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-150x107.jpg 150w, https:\/\/climatetoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/PAT-Buses-200x143.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 235px) 100vw, 235px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Monatskarten f\u00fcr den Bus k\u00f6nnen auf einer Vorsteuerbasis durch Gehaltsabz\u00fcge erworben werden, so dass die Mitarbeiter Geld f\u00fcr ihre Busfahrkarte sparen k\u00f6nnen. Antr\u00e4ge auf Busfahrkarten m\u00fcssen bis zum 15. des Monats eingehen, damit sie f\u00fcr den folgenden Monat gelten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spezielle Parkpl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr kraftstoffeffiziente, kompakte und Carpool-Fahrzeuge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als kraftstoffeffiziente Fahrzeuge gelten Fahrzeuge, die eine gr\u00fcne Mindestpunktzahl von 40 auf dem <strong>Amerikanischer Rat f\u00fcr eine energieeffiziente Wirtschaft (ACEEE)<\/strong> j\u00e4hrlichen Leitfaden zur Fahrzeugbewertung. Phipps hat <strong>f\u00fcnf Ladestationen f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter, die Elektrofahrzeuge fahren, zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen<\/strong>. Weitere zehn Pl\u00e4tze sind f\u00fcr kraftstoffsparende Fahrzeuge vorgesehen. Kraftstoffsparende Parkpl\u00e4tze werden nach dem Prinzip \"Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst\" vergeben und erfordern eine spezielle Parkmarke. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass dies nicht alle kraftstoffsparenden Fahrzeuge auf dem Campus abdecken wird, aber es ist ein Anfang!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Fahrzeuge, die <strong>sowohl kraftstoffsparend als auch kompakt<\/strong> (weniger als 6' breit und 14' lang), ist auch das Parken begrenzt<br>neben der Lagune im Phipps Center for Sustainable Landscapes zur Verf\u00fcgung. Dies muss f\u00fcr ein Auto sein, das f\u00fcr die Fahrt zu Phipps verwendet wird, und kann einmal pro Mitarbeiter in Anspruch genommen werden. Das Programm finanziert 10% des Kaufpreises bis zu $1.000 f\u00fcr Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigte, die mindestens ein Jahr besch\u00e4ftigt sind, und 10% bis zu $500 f\u00fcr Teilzeitbesch\u00e4ftigte, die mindestens drei Jahre besch\u00e4ftigt sind und im Durchschnitt 20+ Stunden pro Woche arbeiten. Die Zahlung erfolgt in Form von $1\/Tag f\u00fcr jeden Tag, an dem das Auto f\u00fcr die Fahrt zu und von Phipps genutzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6kostrom-Anreiz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeder Mitarbeiter, der in seinem Haus zu einem \u00d6kostromanbieter wechselt, kann eine<br>$50 Anreiz pro Jahr. F\u00fcr jedes Jahr, in dem ein Mitarbeiter an seinem Arbeitsplatz ununterbrochenen \u00d6kostrom erh\u00e4lt<br>Zu Hause erhalten sie bei ihrem einj\u00e4hrigen Dienstjubil\u00e4um eine zus\u00e4tzliche $50-Pr\u00e4mie. Mitarbeiter, die<br>die bereits \u00fcber \u00d6kostrom verf\u00fcgen, k\u00f6nnen an dem j\u00e4hrlichen Anreizprogramm teilnehmen.
