P\u0159esto\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o dvac\u00e1tou osmou konferenci smluvn\u00edch stran (COP), kterou host\u00ed R\u00e1mcov\u00e1 \u00famluva OSN o zm\u011bn\u011b klimatu<\/a> (UNFCCC), v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed zn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e COP21. Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 dohoda<\/a> o zm\u011bn\u011b klimatu v roce 2015. Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 dohoda si klade za c\u00edl udr\u017eet \"n\u00e1r\u016fst pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed teploty v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod 2 \u00b0C oproti p\u0159edindustri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni\" a z\u00e1rove\u0148 usilovat o ambici\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed limit 1,5 \u00b0C oproti p\u0159edindustri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech byla sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed konference smluvn\u00edch stran politika, kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee st\u00e1ty dos\u00e1hnou c\u00edl\u016f stanoven\u00fdch v Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 dohod\u011b. Leto\u0161n\u00ed COP28 se bude konat v Dubaji ve Spojen\u00fdch arabsk\u00fdch emir\u00e1tech za \u00fa\u010dasti 197 zem\u00ed, Evropsk\u00e9 unie a tis\u00edc\u016f nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
