M\u016f\u017eete se bl\u00ed\u017ee zm\u00ednit o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm poznatku z n\u011bkter\u00e9ho z t\u011bchto zdroj\u016f, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s inspiroval ke zm\u011bn\u011b?<\/em><br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/gardens.si.edu\/about-us\/sustainability\/smithsonian-gardens-the-audubon-cooperative-sanctuary-program\/\">Program Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program<\/a> od Audubon International byl pro n\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, proto\u017ee n\u00e1m pomohl zorganizovat na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed a identifikovat v\u011bci, na kter\u00e9 jsme se v prvn\u00edch dnech museli zam\u011b\u0159it. Program n\u00e1m poskytl r\u00e1mec\/kontroln\u00ed seznam, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pomohl organizovat na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed. Tyto diskuse n\u00e1m pomohly ur\u010dit na\u0161e prioritn\u00ed oblasti. <a href=\"https:\/\/gardens.si.edu\/about-us\/sustainability\/sustainability-index\/\">Index udr\u017eitelnosti<\/a> je dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed procesu odpov\u011bdnosti a na\u0161\u00edm nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1strojem, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 identifikovat n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fakoly, na n\u011b\u017e se mus\u00edme zam\u011b\u0159it.<br><br><em>Existuj\u00ed strategie, jak udr\u017eet dynamiku zelen\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu i po jeho spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v obdob\u00ed fluktuace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f?<\/em><br><br>Z na\u0161eho pohledu je n\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasp\u011bch zp\u016fsoben t\u00edm, \u017ee veden\u00ed skupiny z\u016fstalo po cel\u00fdch 15 let trv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmu nem\u011bnn\u00e9. Jsme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zapojit v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed se anga\u017euj\u00ed a zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed o udr\u017eitelnost. Tmel\u00edc\u00edm prvkem na\u0161eho t\u00fdmu jsou dlouhodob\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed anga\u017eovan\u00ed a aktivn\u00ed. \u010cerstv\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci jsou v\u00edt\u00e1ni a star\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu je zasv\u011bcuj\u00ed do problematiky.
