C\u00edlem dohody je \"pos\u00edlit celosv\u011btovou reakci na hrozbu zm\u011bny klimatu t\u00edm, \u017ee se udr\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst glob\u00e1ln\u00ed teploty v tomto stolet\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod 2 stupni Celsia nad \u00farovn\u00ed p\u0159ed pr\u016fmyslovou revoluc\u00ed, a pokra\u010dovat v \u00fasil\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fstu teploty na 1,5 stupn\u011b Celsia\". K dosa\u017een\u00ed tohoto c\u00edle dohoda po\u017eaduje, aby v\u0161ichni signat\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159edlo\u017eili sv\u00e9 \"nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed\" neboli jedine\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako n\u00e1rodn\u011b stanoven\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky (NDC).  O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee st\u00e1ty budou v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky posilovat a pod\u00e1vat zpr\u00e1vy o jejich \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 dohoda ur\u010dila kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aspekty nezbytn\u00e9 pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zm\u011bny klimatu, v\u010detn\u011b teplotn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f, glob\u00e1ln\u00edho vrcholu emis\u00ed, adaptace a pos\u00edlen\u00ed odolnosti, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a informovanosti ve\u0159ejnosti a dal\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty: Z\u00e1vazek a sta\u017een\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prezident Barack Obama podepsal z\u00e1vazek Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eit do roku 2025 emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f o 26-28% oproti \u00farovni z roku 2005.  V \u010dervnu 2017 prezident Trump nazna\u010dil sv\u016fj z\u00e1m\u011br odstoupit od Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 dohody. Struktura dohody v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje t\u0159\u00edletou \u00fa\u010dast p\u0159ed ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm odstoupen\u00edm. Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty tak mohou ofici\u00e1ln\u011b u\u010dinit nejd\u0159\u00edve 4. listopadu 2020. Doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159ipojit se k jejich po\u010dtu jako prvn\u00ed krok k z\u00e1vazku \u0159e\u0161it zm\u011bnu klimatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u0159i emisn\u00ed obory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdpo\u010dtu uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b kategorizovat a sledovat emise. Byl vytvo\u0159en syst\u00e9m t\u0159\u00ed okruh\u016f emis\u00ed, kter\u00fd organizac\u00edm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vypo\u010d\u00edtat jejich uhl\u00edkovou stopu. Syst\u00e9m je rozd\u011blen do t\u0159\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed, tzv. rozsah\u016f, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na to, kde se sklen\u00edkov\u00e9 plyny uvol\u0148uj\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed rozsah zahrnuje v\u0161echny <strong>p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 emise<\/strong> uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 na m\u00edst\u011b, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a spot\u0159ebu paliva. Do prvn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b je zahrnuto tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed plynov\u00fdch kotl\u016f a vozidel vozov\u00e9ho parku a \u00faniky z klimatizace. Emise z rozsahu 2 zahrnuj\u00ed <strong>v\u0161echny nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 emise<\/strong> ze zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 organizace vlastn\u00ed nebo kontroluje. Nep\u0159\u00edmo produkovan\u00e9 emise zahrnuj\u00ed nakupovanou elekt\u0159inu, vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed a p\u00e1ru vyr\u00e1b\u011bnou mimo pracovi\u0161t\u011b. Rozsah 3 je kategorizov\u00e1n podle <strong>v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 emise<\/strong> souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s \u010dinnostmi organizace, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed cesty zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, likvidaci pevn\u00e9ho odpadu, \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod a z dopravy a distribuce s n\u00e1kupem elekt\u0159iny.
