Siln\u00fd zelen\u00fd t\u00fdm by m\u011bl zahrnovat zam\u011bstnance ze v\u0161ech odd\u011blen\u00ed, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich p\u0159inese cenn\u00e9 poznatky a jedine\u010dn\u00e9 pohledy na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed. Posed\u011bli jsme s Brianem Greenfieldem, star\u0161\u00edm vedouc\u00edm technick\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed a odd\u011blen\u00ed udr\u017eitelnosti ve spole\u010dnosti Hillwood Estate, Museum &amp; Gardens, abychom si popov\u00eddali o jeho zku\u0161enostech z pozice p\u0159edsedy Hillwoodsk\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (HEAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00edla HEAT spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v talentu a r\u016fznorodosti \u010dlen\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z r\u016fzn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed. R\u00e1d bych tento t\u00fdm ocenil za jejich \u010das a tvrdou pr\u00e1ci, kterou v\u011bnuj\u00ed na\u0161emu posl\u00e1n\u00ed v boji proti zm\u011bn\u011b klimatu. Spole\u010dnost Hillwood je velmi vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1 t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd je schopen p\u0159ijmout tak monument\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdzvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"can-you-talk-about-the-logistics-of-the-team-who-is-involved-and-how-do-they-convene\">M\u016f\u017eete mluvit o logistice t\u00fdmu? Kdo se na tom pod\u00edl\u00ed a jak se sch\u00e1z\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem v prosinci 2017 nastoupil do spole\u010dnosti Hillwood, nem\u011bli jsme organizovan\u00fd t\u00fdm pro udr\u017eitelnost. Aktivity v oblasti p\u00e9\u010de o \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed i projekty na \u00fasporu energie zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d kampusem. Na konci roku 2020 jsme za\u010dali pl\u00e1novat t\u00fdm pro udr\u017eitelnost a zorganizovali jsme V\u00fdbor pro udr\u017eitelnost a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Za\u010dali jsme s kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi p\u0159isp\u011bvateli ze zahradnictv\u00ed a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. P\u0159i posledn\u00ed oslav\u011b Dne Zem\u011b jsme oslovili v\u0161echna odd\u011blen\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d kampusem s poselstv\u00edm: \"Hillwood pot\u0159ebuje v\u00e1\u0161 hlas a n\u00e1pady, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pomohou dos\u00e1hnout c\u00edl\u016f v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme si stanovili\". Po shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby od zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ohledn\u011b n\u00e1zvu a sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed programu jsme se rozhodli zm\u011bnit n\u00e1zev na HEAT (Hillwood's Environmental Action Team). Toto sd\u011blen\u00ed bylo p\u0159ijato kladn\u011b; ka\u017ed\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed je nyn\u00ed zastoupeno patn\u00e1cti\u010dlenn\u00fdm t\u00fdmem HEAT. A\u010dkoli nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det \u010dlen\u016f skupiny tvo\u0159\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zahradnictv\u00ed, v t\u00fdmu je zastoupeno ka\u017ed\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete se pod\u011blit o n\u011bjak\u00e9 energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 projekty, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161il?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm se zam\u011b\u0159uje na n\u011bkolik oblast\u00ed z\u00e1jmu, jako je sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed odpadu, spot\u0159eba energie, energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost, udr\u017eiteln\u00e1 krajina a zahradnictv\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed organizovan\u00fd projekt na\u0161eho t\u00fdmu se zam\u011b\u0159il na \u00faspory energie. V\u011bt\u0161ina obchod\u016f se suven\u00fdry a muze\u00ed m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017e\u00e1rovek, kter\u00e9 mohou zp\u016fsobovat p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 obchod se suven\u00fdry v t\u00e9 dob\u011b pou\u017e\u00edval velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017e\u00e1rovek. \u017d\u00e1rovky vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed sv\u011btlo zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm vl\u00e1kna v \u017e\u00e1rovce, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed mimo \u017e\u00e1rovku. Nemohl jsem do m\u00edstnosti napumpovat dostatek klimatizace, aby kompenzovala teplo ze \u017e\u00e1rovek. Po spolupr\u00e1ci s dodavateli v cel\u00e9m regionu Washingtonu jsme v\u0161echna sv\u011btla nahradili LED diodami, abychom na\u0161li nejlep\u0161\u00ed produkt pro na\u0161e konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 projekty pat\u0159\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility, kter\u00e1 sponzoruje v\u00fdm\u011bnu izola\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u016f, modernizace na velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 chladic\u00ed jednotky a kotle a instalace frekven\u010dn\u00edch m\u011bni\u010d\u016f pro lep\u0161\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010dek na\u0161ich \u010derpadel a ventil\u00e1tor\u016f. Za\u010daly se realizovat dal\u0161\u00ed projekty udr\u017eitelnosti v r\u00e1mci odd\u011blen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed o zachov\u00e1n\u00ed vody, udr\u017eitelnou p\u00e9\u010di o p\u016fdu a zahradnictv\u00ed, odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed obchodu se suven\u00fdry a z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch pot\u0159eb. Zaznamenali jsme n\u00e1r\u016fst v recyklaci lepenky, pap\u00edru, jednor\u00e1zov\u00fdch plast\u016f a kompostov\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se star\u00e1 o \u00faklidov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, tak\u017ee pravideln\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me na\u0161e recykla\u010dn\u00ed a odpadov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. Ve spole\u010dnosti Hillwood m\u00e1me n\u011bkolik program\u016f recyklace, v\u010detn\u011b chirurgick\u00fdch rukavic, elektroniky (baterie\/po\u010d\u00edta\u010de), k\u00e1vov\u00e9 sedliny a kompostov\u00e1n\u00ed. V Hillwoodu se setkaly s velkou podporou na\u0161e r\u016fzn\u00e9 recykla\u010dn\u00ed programy, zde zejm\u00e9na kompostov\u00e1n\u00ed. Zah\u00e1jili jsme program kompostov\u00e1n\u00ed, v r\u00e1mci kter\u00e9ho se do kompostovac\u00edho proudu zapojuje k\u00e1vov\u00e1 sedlina z kav\u00e1rny a z odpo\u010dinkov\u00fdch m\u00edst na\u0161ich zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejlep\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak zapojit zam\u011bstnance, je m\u00edt spole\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde mohou zam\u011bstnanci diskutovat o iniciativ\u00e1ch a sd\u00edlet n\u00e1pady. Ned\u00e1vno jsme na na\u0161ich str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch SharePoint spustili str\u00e1nku o udr\u017eiteln\u00e9m rozvoji, kde sd\u00edl\u00edme informace o sch\u016fzk\u00e1ch, zdroje, nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady a aktualizace projekt\u016f. Jakmile shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u00edme dostatek informac\u00ed, pl\u00e1nujeme tento zdroj sd\u00edlet se v\u0161emi ostatn\u00edmi zam\u011bstnanci spole\u010dnosti Hillwood.
