Pro instituce ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech i mimo n\u011b je to v\u00fdzva k akci ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed v na\u0161ich vlastn\u00edch provozech; nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak za\u010d\u00edt, je p\u0159echod na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se va\u0161e organizace sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edt na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie, je jedn\u00edm z prvn\u00edch krok\u016f porozum\u011bt terminologii, kter\u00e1 se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 za r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby n\u00e1kupu energie. Porozum\u011bn\u00ed definic\u00edm pojm\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee pochopit, jak\u00e9 mo\u017enosti m\u00e1te p\u0159i p\u0159echodu na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie. Instituce mohou z\u00edsk\u00e1vat obnovitelnou energii t\u0159emi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby: <strong>N\u00e1kup, v\u00fdroba nebo kombinace oboj\u00edho<\/strong>. V\u00fdroba energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f znamen\u00e1 v\u00fdrobu energie p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu \u0161koly. N\u00e1kup energie znamen\u00e1 n\u00e1kup elekt\u0159iny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kredit\u016f, smluv, tarif\u016f nebo kompenzac\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edm\u00fd n\u00e1kup zelen\u00e9 energie sni\u017euje va\u0161e emise uhl\u00edku a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017euje tlak na na\u0161i energetickou s\u00ed\u0165.<\/li><li><strong>N\u00e1kup kompenzac\u00ed.<\/strong> Pokud nem\u016f\u017eete nakupovat obnovitelnou energii nebo chcete do oblasti obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie investovat v\u00edce, je dal\u0161\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm krokem n\u00e1kup kompenzace. N\u00e1kup nesni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu uhl\u00edku, ale zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee va\u0161e spot\u0159eba uhl\u00edku je vyv\u00e1\u017eena pozitivn\u00ed investic\u00ed. Uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 kompenzace mus\u00ed b\u00fdt \"skute\u010dn\u00e1, trval\u00e1 a ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1\". REC se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy instituce nemohou instalovat sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely nebo nakupovat obnovitelnou energii. REC se tak\u00e9 ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako pr\u00e1vn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, proto\u017ee je lze <strong>obchodov\u00e1no<\/strong>, <strong>zakoupen\u00e9 ve svazc\u00edch,<\/strong> a nakoupen\u00e9 z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna odpov\u011bdnost za obnovitelnou energii.  Kredity obnoviteln\u00e9 energie se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed v generac\u00edch 1MWh. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panel vyrob\u00ed 10MWh elekt\u0159iny, m\u00e1 energetick\u00e1 spole\u010dnost k dispozici 10 kredit\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee prodat. P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu REC finan\u010dn\u011b podporujete v\u00fdrobu obnoviteln\u00e9 energie, roz\u0161i\u0159ujete mo\u017enosti volby slu\u017eeb v oblasti elekt\u0159iny a elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a podporujete rozvoj obnoviteln\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u010dkoli n\u00e1kup obnoviteln\u00e9 energie prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm REC m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdhodn\u00fd, REC neznamen\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby fosiln\u00edch paliv, ale pouze investici. Pokud jste nep\u0159e\u0161li na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie, st\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te fosiln\u00ed paliva k nap\u00e1jen\u00ed sv\u00fdch budov. Uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 kompenzace a REC jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b vz\u00e1jemn\u011b zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1ny, ale hlavn\u00ed <strong>rozd\u00edl je ve zp\u016fsobu jejich v\u00fdroby<\/strong>. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b obnoviteln\u00e9 energie se vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed kredity (1 REC = 1 MWh), zat\u00edmco kompenzace se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed v metrick\u00fdch tun\u00e1ch oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chcete-li si zakoupit kompenzace, mus\u00edte prov\u00e9st testy, abyste zajistili odpov\u011bdnost. Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak zajistit, aby va\u0161e REC poch\u00e1zely z respektovan\u00e9ho zdroje, je nechat se certifikovat od n\u011bjak\u00e9 <strong>nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 t\u0159et\u00ed strana<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.green-e.org\/\"><strong><em>Green-e<\/em><\/strong><\/a> je nov\u00fd certifika\u010dn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd spravuje <strong>Centrum pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zdroj\u016f<\/strong> a zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee REC jsou vyrobeny za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm na v\u00fdrobu energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Zelen\u00e9 tarify<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelen\u00e9 tarify jsou programy na regulovan\u00fdch trz\u00edch s elekt\u0159inou, v r\u00e1mci kter\u00fdch spole\u010dnosti nakupuj\u00ed <strong>svazky obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie<\/strong> z <strong>komise pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby (PUC)<\/strong>. Rozd\u00edl mezi zelen\u00fdmi tarify a REC je d\u00e1n zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fdm organizace nakupuje energii. Zelen\u00e9 tarify m\u016f\u017eete nakupovat jako <strong>svazky elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f<\/strong> od komise pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby za pevnou sazbu. Tyto n\u00e1kupy umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmou transakci s p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnou cenou mezi organizac\u00ed a energetickou spole\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od \u010dervna 2020, <strong>36 program\u016f zelen\u00e9ho tarifu<\/strong> jsou schv\u00e1leny v 19 st\u00e1tech. Zelen\u00e9 tarify jsou skv\u011bl\u00e9 pro organizace, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed nakupovat velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed obnoviteln\u00e9 energie z m\u00edstn\u00edho projektu obnoviteln\u00e9 energie, \u010dasto v r\u00e1mci stejn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b.
