V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci klimatick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn\u2019t long ago that many of us in the world of cultural institutions felt that if our mission didn\u2019t explicitly state that we should be concerned with the environment and climate change, we were off the hook \u2014 to attend to these concerns was a form of \u201cmission creep,\u201d and environmental initiatives were best led by environmental causes. But times have changed, and they have changed rapidly: science tells us that climate change is real, advancing at an alarming rate and that it will affect everyone and everything on the planet. Today, the trust that we have established in the communities we serve and our decades of commitment to the exploration of science, history, art, and nature compel us to not only address these issues but to emerge as the leaders of change in our regions and beyond. Each and every one of us must do all we can as quickly as we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou zm\u011bny klimatu je n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00ed styl a zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o na\u0161em vztahu ke sv\u011btu. Soubor n\u00e1stroj\u016f byl vytvo\u0159en s c\u00edlem \u0159e\u0161it ot\u00e1zky \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu a povzbudit n\u00e1s k tomu, abychom se na sv\u011bt d\u00edvali z regenera\u010dn\u00edho hlediska. Uv\u011bdomujeme si, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 organizace, komunita a bioregion jsou jedine\u010dn\u00e9 a \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s bude muset up\u0159ednostnit oblasti, kter\u00e9 jsou pro jeho situaci nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e bude v sob\u011b a ve sv\u00fdch komunit\u00e1ch rozv\u00edjet schopnost jednat. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek jsme vytvo\u0159ili navrhovan\u00e9 metriky v n\u011bkolika kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblastech a douf\u00e1me, \u017ee p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm postupu na t\u00e9to cest\u011b p\u016fjdete nad r\u00e1mec t\u011bchto n\u00e1vrh\u016f a najdete nov\u00e1 m\u00edsta z\u00e1sahu, kde m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dopad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem sady n\u00e1stroj\u016f je zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm byla navr\u017eena, aby umo\u017enila organizac\u00edm sd\u00edlet to, co d\u011blaj\u00ed, usnadnila mentoring a poslou\u017eila jako p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost u\u010dit se nov\u00fdm zp\u016fsob\u016fm \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zm\u011bny klimatu od ostatn\u00edch v na\u0161\u00ed oblasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
